A Summer Wedding at St Francis of Assisi Church

Lori and Andy were blessed with a beautiful day in West Des Moines for their wedding at St Francis Church! I’ve enjoyed getting to know them over the last year or so and quickly realized that they adore being together.

They bike and travel a LOT, and in small ways incorporated that into their wedding. Lori couldn’t hide her smiles from the very start of the day, and it was evident she was getting so giddy as it got closer in time to seeing him, and starting the ceremony.

The church was packed with sweet friends and family, ecstatic for the two of them becoming one. After a wonderful ceremony over at St. Francis, the two strolled around with their wedding party on a casual limo ride, enjoying champagne in celebration.
After heartfelt toasts and an amazing dinner, their guests did not disappoint with a upbeat and crowded dance floor! It was cake and dancing all night long, which I would imagine is the hope for every couple for their guests to enjoy. 🙂
