What a stunning couple to share with you! Emily and Nate’s late summer wedding was held at the Chateau at White Oak in Cambridge, Iowa.
The weather was perfect, the decorations were stunning, and the couple were surrounded with the most ecstatic people to witness their first moments into marriage! Nate and Emily broke tradition by having their siblings stand up with them on their own side. It completely makes sense when you think about it. I applaud a few “rules” to be thrown out.
When I think of these two, the words that come to mind are gentle and laid back. You see it with how they interact with other people, but just as much with each other. I am a huge fan of laid back couples, so these two were perfect to work with.
I walked away from the wedding wishing it wasn’t over, and feeling like a great friend. It’s not every day all the bridesmaids come up and hug you after the portraits are finished. It meant so much since this was a wedding I shot solo!
Enjoy this sweet vineyard wedding and cheers to these sweethearts!
